Return Policy

First Serve In strongly believes that customer satisfaction is a key priority. Our return policy consists of the following points:

• All items purchased from First Serve In can be returned within 30 days from the date of    purchase
• Returned items can be exchanged for any item of equal value
• Returned items can be exchanged for a credit good for future purchases
• The customer is responsible for the cost of the postage required to return the item to First Serve In
• The return policy includes:
• Items damaged during shipping (unless optional insurance was purchased)
• Items that did not meet the satisfaction of the client
• Items that exceeded the actual needs of the client

The following are exceptions to the return policy:

• Items lost during transit when optional insurance was purchased
• If the item ordered was shipped incorrectly, First Serve In will pay for the shipping of the item and will ship the correct item at no additional cost
